A 34-year-old western Michigan man will stand trial on arson and other charges.
Casey George Marvin waived a preliminary examination Wednesday.
No trial date has been released.
Marvin, of Wyoming, is charged with arson, home invasion, carjacking and fleeing police.
He was arrested July 5 following a blaze at GS Fireworks in Wyoming, near Grand Rapids.
The store was gutted.
A witness told police he saw Marvin leave the fireworks store and send a lit firework inside.
They say he set fire to a bag of stuffed animals at a nearby apartment and stole an SUV.
Investigators say he then broke into a home, showered and stole another car.
He was caught driving the wrong way down a street.
